Welcome to CramerScale. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and Google Ads Agency Account solutions. By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
CramerScale, operated by **D.CRAMER ESOLUTIONS LTD (HE469716)**, provides access to high-trust Google Ads Agency Accounts, ad campaign management, and digital marketing support to qualified businesses. Our mission is to help advertisers scale faster and smarter with fewer platform limitations.
2. Services
We offer two service models:
**Agency Account Access**
You run ads directly via our verified Google Ads Agency Accounts.
Includes:
a. * Verified account access
* Increased daily/monthly spend caps
* Priority approval status
* Lower risk of suspensions
* 24/7 support
b. **Ad Management**
We manage your campaigns end-to-end.
Includes:
* Everything in Agency Account Access
* Campaign setup & strategy
* Ad copywriting, creatives, and A/B testing
* Weekly optimization
* Reporting & insights
Custom packages or quotes may apply depending on your needs.
3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use
To use our services, you must:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Operate a legitimate business or have commercial intent
* Comply with all applicable Google Ads policies
* Not promote prohibited content (e.g., adult, counterfeit, malware, etc.)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if usage violates ad platform policies or local laws.
4. Payment & Billing
* Prices are listed in USD and are billed monthly or per agreement.
* All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
* Late payments may result in paused access or additional fees.
* For custom quotes, payment terms are defined in the proposal.
5. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend access to agency accounts at any time due to:
* Breach of these Terms
* Suspicious or non-compliant ad activity
* Unpaid invoices
* Platform-level restrictions from Google or other ad networks
We will notify you when possible before taking action, but reserve the right to act immediately in urgent cases.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials we provide (ad creatives, strategy documents, software, etc.) remain the property of CramerScale unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reuse, resell, or redistribute any proprietary assets without permission.
7. Disclaimers
* We do not guarantee specific ad performance (CPC, ROI, conversions, etc.).
* Use of agency accounts does not exempt you from Google Ads policies.
* We are not liable for losses resulting from account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or platform decisions.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CramerScale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months for the specific service in question.
9. Data & Privacy
We collect limited client data for service delivery and communication. For full details, see our [Privacy Policy](#). You are responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy laws applicable to your business.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.
